“If there’s one thing to impress me, it’s the idea of feeling good 🙂 .”

For example, lifting weights at least twice a week- for those with anxiety and depression- has been proven by studies to make a measurable improvement to outlook. (“Be right back” – MC, editor).
And of course there’s walking/or rolling… but by that do we mean getting aerobic, a power-tempo, strolling, hiking, or slow but steady saunter, or just plain start-and-stop meandering- like an afternoon exploring the neighborhood or local farmer’s market. All sorts of possibilities for getting active!
But let’s say it’s weeks spent mentally engaged and it’s time to let off steam; or it’s physically challenging all day and it’s time for a spiritual refresh into nature trails with peace and quiet or local bike paths. In the end, it’s all about finding balance. And fitness plays out both physically and mentally.
